Crack Slavery
From an article in the Oakland Tribune dated April 19, 1989 entitled, "Fighting Crack Slavery". Story about how two annonymous artists painted a guerilla mural on the side of a known drug hangout successfully shaming the dealers into going elsewhere. The neighborhood response was quoted as being very positive. Store owner kept the "graffiti" mural for a couple years I think.
