| Abduljaamila Painted Carvings | |
| Multiple chainsaw wood log carvings, many like totem poles and larger than life characters. From SOS: "Series of sculptures at a private residence include a standing giraffe, a female gorilla, a pair of male figures holding aloft a sphere and a group of monkeys climbing a tree. The giraffe is clad in copper and its head is turned to the proper right. The female gorilla stands with her hands resting on her proper right thigh as she looks over her proper left shoulder. The two male figures in ""Holding up the World"" are African-American. The kneeling figure in front wears a pink tank top and trousers and the standing figure at the back wears a white shirt and red trousers. The group of monkeys climbs a tree toward a bunch of bananas. There are three monkeys and from top to bottom they are white, black and brown." | |
